Traveling to Northern Oaks:
From the South: Take HWY 10 West to the County road 33 exit. Take a right to head East for 1.5 miles. Take your first left onto 5th Avenue Northeast. Northern Oaks will be the first driveway on your left.
From the North: Take HWY 10 East to the County road 33 exit. Take a left to head East for 1.5 miles. Take your first left onto 5th Avenue Northeast. Northern Oaks will be the first driveway on your left

Can we do our rehearsal dinner or start setting up the night before our event?
If there is not an event the day before yours, you will be able to rent the space for your rehearsal dinner or set up at an hourly rate. However, hourly reservations cannot be made until 2 months before the desired date and until then, will remain available for full day rentals.

Are bands allowed?
Absolutely! You are welcome to hire your favorite band or DJ to entertain your guests for the evening.

What if it rains?
We don’t like to use this swear word! However, if rain is forecasted for your event, we are able to move your ceremony to be held under our pavilion. Cocktail hour would also be moved under the pavilion.

What time does music need to end?
Amplified music needs to stop by 11pm.

When do we need to be cleaned up?
All decorations and vendor items need to be cleaned and removed by midnight.

Can we park overnight?
Yes! All vehicles are allowed to be left overnight with the exception of campers, RV’s, fish houses, shuttles and any other oversized vehicles. Any vehicle left overnight must be picked up by 10am the next morning.

Who provides the catering?
That’s up to you! We want to allow guests the option of selecting their favorite cuisine for their event. As long as your caterer is licensed and insured, we will ask them a few questions about their experience and they will be approved to provide food service for your event!
What is the maximum capacity?
Northern Oaks is prepared to accommodate 300 guests for our backyard weddings and events. (Please inquire for groups larger than 300 as further arrangements can be made.) Indoor events are limited to 50 guests for a seated dinner and up to 100 guests for cocktail style events.

Can we add hours to our rental?
You will have access to the property from 9am to Midnight the day of your event, if you would like to arrive earlier than 9am please coordinate with your Northern Oaks manager. Midnight however is a firm time.
How do we officially reserve the date?
Your date is officially reserved once you have signed our contract and paid your deposit.
Can we choose the layout of our tables and chairs?
Absolutely! Your layout is a part of your big day and we are happy to allow you and your coordinator to design it. We just ask that you provide your layout to your Event Manager 14 days prior to your event and we are happy to do the initial set up for your day

Do you allow pets?
We do! Our furry friends are like family, so we are happy to allow them on property for your ceremony and photos. Please note that you are responsible for them by keeping the pet on a leash, picking up after it and not allowing them inside. Bonus points for Golden Retrievers!

Do you have any overnight lodging accommodations?
At this time, we do not have any overnight accommodations to offer on property. However please reach out to your Event Manager for our preferred list of hotels in the area.
