THE PROPERTY

Northern Oaks is a home built to entertain, renovated into a high-end, rural event venue. Located in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota - The beautiful log house sits in the middle of 100 acres of wooded property giving guests a natural boundary from neighbors for their private event.

Our property is designed for guests to be taken care of and feel at home. When booking Northern Oaks, clients will have full access to the property.

Upon arrival, guests will make their way down our winding driveway, getting a glimpse of the house as they turn into the parking lot. Following our walking path past the second pond and fire-pits, guests will make their way to one of the two ceremony locations.

Cocktail hour will be enjoyed throughout the spacious lawn with cocktail tables throughout. The main bar will be set near the pavilion, making them easily accessible for guests.

Dinner will take place under the pavilion set in the backyard. As night falls and guests dance the night away, the house will be lit from the glow of the exterior lighting. Take a break from the action by the fire and enjoy the sound of crackling wood and smell of campfire.

Members of the bridal party will have access to the house where getting ready areas will be. With natural light pouring into the bridal suite, the bridal party will enjoy the morning getting their hair & make-up done. The groom's quarters will be located on the lower level accessible through the house or the walk out. This area will be set to entertain with music, games, beverages & plenty of space to lounge.
