Northern Oaks is a home built to entertain, transformed into a high-end, rural event venue. Located in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. The beautiful log house sits in the middle of 100 acres of wooded property giving guests a natural boundary from neighbors for their private event.
Our property is designed to make guests feel at home and taken care of. When booking Northern Oaks, clients will have full access to our property .
Arriving at the property guests will make their way down our winding driveway, getting a glimpse of the house as they turn into the parking lot. Following our walking path past the second pond and fire-pits, guests will make their way to one of the two ceremony locations.
Cocktail hour will be enjoyed throughout the spacious lawn with cocktail tables and yard games set throughout. The main bar will be set near the tent space, making them easily accessible for guests.
Dinner will take place under the white high peak tent set in the backyard. As the night falls and guests dance the night away, the house will be lit from the glow of the exterior lighting. Take a break from the action by the fire and enjoy the sound of crackling wood and smell of campfire.
Members of the bridal party will have access to the house where getting ready areas will be. With natural light pouring into the bridal suite, the bridal party will enjoy the morning getting their hair and make-up done. Simultaneously the groom's quarters will be accessible through the house or directly from outside through the back door. This area will be set to entertain with music, games, beverage coolers and plenty of space to lounge.
